Service Description

Build a solid foundation of practice and knowledge to help you begin your new journey of building lasting peace and valuable life skills. This is a practical, foundational 6-week introductory course that will teach you the basic principles of mindfulness - the what, the reasons why it is so transformational and beneficial - the why, and the experiential practices of mindfulness itself - the how. You've likely already tried a variety of approaches to deal with your stress, overwhelm burnout, dissatisfaction, etc., and now you are going to look at how to work with your mind with friendly awareness to examine the root of your struggles and find freedom in what is. It works - science says so.
